Congratulations to David Rector, BlueModus Senior Web Developer, who recently passed his Kentico Cloud Certified Developer Exam. This certification, an accreditation launched earlier this year by Kentico, is aimed at developers that create or maintain Kentico Cloud projects, and helps validate David’s experience and technical skills using the headless platform.
“The Kentico Cloud platform is an awesome new experience in developing CMS websites,” says David. “Being a certified developer for the platform gives me more tools in my toolbelt, allowing me to offer new potential solutions to our customers. Using a headless CMS also opens us up to use different technologies that meet our partners’ needs, and gives us more ways to deliver content to their audiences.”
The Kentico Cloud Developer Certification exam is a free online test, consisting of 40 questions to be completed in 40 minutes. Test takers must have a practical understating of how to use Kentico Cloud in common scenarios, and be familiar with topics including platform architecture, headless terminology, features and infrastructure, APIs, SDKs, sample apps, boilerplates, static-site generators, content modeling, subscriptions, projects, and collaboration.
“David’s certification on the Kentico Cloud platform is evidence of his technical chops and of BlueModus’ commitment to ensuring our development team has a broad and deep technical understanding of the platforms our partners want to use,” says Director of Development Josh Sherman. “We applaud David’s accomplishment!”
As the top global Kentico Solution Partner, BlueModus remains proud that the majority of its colleagues are certified on the Kentico platform. With the inclusion of David, BlueModus currently boasts 39 Kentico Certified Developers, 18 Kentico Certified Marketers, and 2 Kentico Cloud Certified Developers.
