There has been a recent promotion on our team. Tiffany Silvera was recently promoted to Project Management Director. She has accumulated over 15 years of marketing and project management experience. Her career has consistently focused on ensuring client success with their digital initiatives. The new role Tiffany has been given involves her leading and mentoring our project managers and ensuring our agile Delivery Team continues to meet high-quality standards and exceed client expectations.

Since Tiffany joined BlueModus in December 2018, she has played an instrumental role in managing some of our most complex projects and implementations and helping build our project management standards and best practices - first as a Senior Project Manager, then as a Project Management Lead. Some of her most notable achievements have been projects involving Options Clearing Corporation, Analytics Graphics, the Colorado Housing and Finance Authority, Retail Industry Leaders Association, and Mainfreight.
