We are very excited to announce and congratulate Tiffany Silvera, who was recently promoted to Managing Director. Since Tiffany joined BlueModus in December 2018, she has played an instrumental role in managing some of our most complex projects and implementations and helping build our project management standards and best practices - first as a Senior Project Manager, then as a Project Management Lead. In 2021, she moved to a management role as Project Management Director.

Tiffany has over 15 years of experience as a marketing and project management veteran. Her career has always been focused on ensuring clients’ success with their digital initiatives. Tiffany will continue to supervise and mentor her team of project managers in this new role while also overseeing a team of strategists.
