We are delighted to announce a recent promotion on our team. Strategic Director Grant Knowlton has been promoted to Managing Director. With a strong background in marketing and technology, Grant has over ten years of experience in documentation requirements, budget management, and innovative solutions for clients. His new responsibilities include leading a team of Strategists and Product Owners committed to maintaining and growing mutually beneficial relationships with clients.
“Grant’s ability to wear the hat of a client is such a gift. He’s able to really understand and empathize with them in genuine ways, which serves him so well in building strong, ongoing partnerships,” says BlueModus, Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer Becki Dilworth.
Previous to BlueModus, Grant served as Director of Solution Delivery for Agilutions, the Denver-based software integration and consulting firm. He managed an eight-person team by developing an enterprise software deployment. Grant has also served as an advanced education provider and standards body for financial advisors, investment consultants, and wealth managers at the Investments & Wealth Institute for twelve years. While there, Grant first served as a Production and Design Manager, then was later promoted to Associate Director of IT Project Management.

At BlueModus, Grant’s most notable work has been on projects including the Kentico 13 Xperience site launch and design refresh for First Community Credit Union, personalization features for the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA), and the aluminum cups site, Europe marketing site, 2030 goals, and Real Circularity initiatives for Ball Corp.
