We are excited to announce the expansion of our UX/UI Team. Decker Ploehn has joined us as a Senior UX/UI Developer based in Peoria, Illinois. Decker started his career with a passion for design. He has designed everything from band posters to UI designs. Eventually, Decker found himself doing code in everything from JS to SQL. A designer at heart, he enjoys being in the UI/UX layer and bridging the gap between code and design.

For the past year, Decker has been self-employed as a Software Development Consultant. Before this, Decker was a Full Stack Software Developer from 2016 to 2021 at IH Mississippi Valley Credit Union (IHMVCU), the largest credit union in the Quad Cities region of Western Iowa and Eastern Illinois. At IHMVCU, Deck was responsible for creating and maintaining applications using .NET technologies. Additionally, from 2015 to 2016, Decker was a Front End Developer focused on developing and designing web applications at the life insurance and annuities company Royal Neighbors of America.
