We love celebrating our colleagues and giving back to our community, so we combined these two passions several years ago. BlueModus’ Management Team selects two colleagues each month who represent the values that make this a great place to work. Each of these colleagues selects a charity, and we donate on their behalf.

For April 2023, one of those colleagues is Joel Anderson. He joined BlueModus in October 2021 as a Solution Lead and immediately became an invaluable member of our team. Joel works hard to ensure his and his team’s work provides value and aligns with the client’s goals. In addition, he is constantly challenging his team to tackle things differently and works to improve processes at BlueModus.

Joel has selected Ruth Harbor Ministries for a $500 donation from BlueModus. Ruth Harbor provides a Christ-centered home and life-skills coaching for mothers experiencing pregnancy or parenting young children. More than a shelter, more than a home, Ruth Harbor is a care program tailored to help each resident reach personal goals of growth, independence, safety, and life skills.
