Our colleague, Austin Kimmel, has recently been promoted from Web Development Lead to Solution Lead. Austin began his career developing internal applications but later switched to e-commerce platforms. From there, he has worked across a variety of applications with a variety of infrastructure stacks. However, he has always gravitated towards back-end development and integrating other systems. Austin joined BlueModus earlier this year and quickly established himself as an exceptional contributor to his team and client projects. 

“Austin’s work has been outstanding. He has quickly risen as a go-to person, to handle tough technical challenges, mentor developers, and help customers,” says BlueModus’ Vice President of Technology Mike Wills, “Everyone loves working with Austin, and I’m excited that he is helping us grow our Solution Lead team.” 

In his new role, Austin will be the technical visionary, architect, and project leader of a team of developers tasked with building new enterprise-level websites and webstores on .NET platforms such as Kentico Xperience, Umbraco, Sitefinity, and nopCommerce.  

“I’m grateful for this amazing opportunity and the welcoming culture of BlueModus. As soon as I joined, I realized that everyone was always willing to help and walk me through things. I’m excited to continue to grow here and to pass the experience forward to others,” shared Austin.
