We are pleased to announce AJ Hoffer has joined our Technical Team as a Web Development Lead. He is based in the Philadelphia, PA, area. AJ has been a full-stack developer for nearly 15 years, primarily focusing on Microsoft technologies. He has helped create solutions for clients in various industries, including healthcare, agriculture, and retail. 

“AJ brings with him a broad range of skills and deep understanding of many of the technologies BlueModus employs to deliver the best solutions for our partners. We are thrilled to have a technologist of AJ’s caliber joining the team and can’t wait to see what he comes up with as a Web Development Lead,” says Josh Sherman, BlueModus Director of Innovation.

Since 2016, AJ has been a Senior Software Engineer at the Lupulin Exchange, a marketplace where brewers, brokers, and growers can sell hops to each other in a safe, convenient way. At Lupulin, he served as their technical lead and helped build out their internal infrastructure, connect with third-party integrators, and expand into other international markets. Before joining Lupulin, AJ was a freelance Software Engineer for several years and a Web Developer for digital solutions firm Williams Forrest.
