Truliant Federal Credit Union knew they needed to enhance their digital presence as more members engaged online, particularly via mobile devices. To accomplish this, they partnered with BlueModus to implement a mobile-first design strategy, creating wireframes and designs with mobile at the forefront of every decision. This approach ensured that members could quickly and easily perform high value tasks such as logging into online banking, scheduling appointments, and making payments with minimal friction.
Additionally, BlueModus conducted regular ADA compliance scans throughout the project and prioritized accessibility for all users while building the site. The redesigned website was powered by Kentico’s Xperience platform, utilizing MVC Architecture to create a robust and scalable solution.
