What You’ll Do:

  • Co-lead agile project team—including front-end, back-end developers, and QA engineers alongside a project manager and strategist—to deliver innovative, high-quality websites, intranets, and web applications.
  • Architect and develop and maintain robust web applications using ASP.NET and modern web technologies like JavaScript, Vue, React, Angular, and CMS platforms like Kentico, Sitefinity, Umbraco, and Sitecore. You’ll work on both new projects and enhancing existing systems.
  • Hold team accountable to write clean, scalable, and reusable code, following best practices for maintainability and performance, and consistently optimize applications for speed and user experience.
  • Organize and lead sprints, demo solutions, and ensure seamless delivery of projects from start to finish.
  • Engage with clients directly to understand their needs, offer strategic technical recommendations, and ensure project success.
  • Mentor and guide team, conducting code reviews, providing feedback, and supporting their professional growth.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and share your insights with the team to improve development processes, tools, and approaches.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in web development and contribute to team knowledge-sharing by offering insights on improving processes, tools, and approaches.

 

What We Love Finding:

  • 15+ years of experience in web application development, with a strong focus on ASP.NET MVC or Core, C#, JavaScript, and related technologies.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical leadership and mentoring.
  • 5+ years in client-facing roles, ideally in a technology agency.
  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS, and modern front-end frameworks like Vue, React, Angular—combined with experience using MS SQL, Visual Studio, Git, and cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
  • Demonstrated success in agile development environments, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality solutions on time and within scope.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices, Google Tag Manager, and experience working with analytics tools to ensure your web applications meet performance standards and contribute to business success.
  • Experience working with traditional or headless CMS platforms (Kentico, Sitefinity, Umbraco, Sitecore) is a strong advantage.
  • A positive, proactive attitude with a passion for ensuring high-quality outcomes.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and smooth project execution.
