What You’ll Do:

  • Co-lead agile project team—including front-end, back-end developers, and QA engineers alongside a project manager and technical lead—to deliver innovative, high-quality websites, intranets, and web applications.
  • Establish and maintain honest, transparent relationships with clients, acting as a trusted partner.
  • Develop proactive 3-6-9-month roadmaps, prioritizing tasks that align with client goals while building a robust backlog of work.
  • Lead client meetings with enthusiasm and curiosity, ensuring every discussion is focused on achieving meaningful outcomes.
  • as the primary contact for resolving issues for both the project team and clients, addressing challenges with empathy and honesty.
  • Lead difficult conversations, offering solutions that demonstrate deep understanding and care for client needs.
  • Guide your teams in delivering successful projects that exceed client expectations, fostering long-term partnerships.

 

What We Love Finding:

  • 10+ years of experience managing client relationships, ideally in a technology agency.
  • 10+ years working on enterprise-level web development projects.
  • A strong balance of business acumen and technical expertise.
  • Proven ability to make strategic decisions that drive impactful results.
  • A sense of ownership and responsibility, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Proficiency in conducting discovery sessions, strategy discussions, and roadmap planning with clients.
  • An abstract thinker, naturally curious and creative when finding solutions for client challenges.
  • Experience working with traditional or headless CMS platforms (Kentico, Sitefinity, Umbraco, Sitecore) is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • A positive, proactive attitude with a passion for ensuring high-quality outcomes.
