What You Will Be Doing:

You will co-lead an agile project team alongside a Strategic Director and Solution Lead. You will interface with clients, understand their business requirements, plan project timelines and milestones, and communicate project status. You will organize sprints, forecast budgets, plan team allocations, remove project roadblocks, and lead project communication. You will ensure that project goals align with client expectations and coordinate the delivery of high-quality solutions. Our project teams include 2 Solution Leads, a Project Manager, a Strategic Director, 2 to 3 Back-end Developers, a Front-end Developer, and a QA Engineer. We build and enhance websites, intranets, and web applications, specializing in ASP.NET MVC, C#, JavaScript, Vue, and CMS solutions like Kentico, Sitefinity, Umbraco, and Kontent.

What We Love Finding:

7+ years managing enterprise-level web development projects.
3+ years in client-facing roles, ideally in a technology agency.
Expert in creating, monitoring, and communicating project plans and statuses.
Proficient with project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, Basecamp).
Adept at allocating team members effectively to meet project deadlines, budgets, and scopes.
Skilled in budget management and financial tracking.
Experience in planning and leading client-facing meetings.
Capable of identifying and resolving project roadblocks and risks.
PMP, CSM, CSPO, or similar project management certifications are a plus.
Exposure to traditional or headless CMS solutions is a plus.
Excellent organization and communication skills.
A positive, initiative-taking attitude.
