We’re thrilled to announce the newest addition to our BlueModus team, Kate Faust, who has joined us as our Benefits Administrator. With her extensive human resources background and a knack for managing benefits with a personal touch, Kate is set to be a fantastic asset to our team.

Kate brings over five years of experience in benefits administration and human resources, making her a perfect fit for our hybrid role. Her journey began at Reading Area College, where she completed her Liberal Arts degree. Following her passion for human resources, Kate has held significant human resources positions in companies such as Western Hills Health Care Center, Denver Center for the Performing Arts, Mental Health Center of Denver, Seakeeper, Inc., and JFC Staffing Companies. In each role, Kate has demonstrated her expertise in employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and recruitment, along with a unique ability to manage complex HR systems, including ADP payroll.

In her role at BlueModus, Kate will administer and manage employee benefits programs such as health, dental, vision, and 401(k), ensuring they align with our company policies and legal requirements. Additionally, her responsibilities will extend to HR administration, including assisting with onboarding, employee training, and maintaining our inclusive workplace culture.
