We’re thrilled to welcome Ben Pack to the BlueModus team as our newest Senior Solution Lead! With over 15 years of experience in software engineering and architecture, Ben brings a deep expertise in full-stack development, application security, and cloud-based solutions. His extensive technical background and leadership skills make him a fantastic addition to our team. 

Ben has worked across a range of industries, leading teams in developing enterprise-level applications, modernizing legacy systems, and implementing secure, scalable solutions. Prior to joining BlueModus, he served as a Senior Software Developer and Software Architect at Metrolina Association for the Blind, where he spearheaded efforts to modernize critical software infrastructure using .NET Core and Entity Framework. He also played a key role in database migration, encryption solutions, and automation to enhance efficiency and security. 

Before that, Ben spent time at Wells Fargo, leading development initiatives for access management applications and working on large-scale system migrations to ASP.NET Core and Angular. His experience spans additional leadership roles at Corner Stone United and Lowe’s Companies, where he designed and implemented REST APIs, security frameworks, and cloud deployments. His technical toolkit includes ASP.NET, C#, SQL Server, Angular, Azure, DevOps, and Powershell, among many others. 

At BlueModus, Ben will be working closely with our clients and internal teams to architect, develop, and optimize digital solutions that drive business success. He’ll play a key role in guiding development teams, ensuring best practices, and helping clients navigate complex technology decisions.
