Jennifer demonstrated her ability to analyze and run digital marketing projects on Kentico websites, understand the necessary settings and out-of-box online marketing features, and analyze website traffic using built-in and custom reporting features. She also had to map digital marketing tactics to Xperience features, define customer segments using Personas, Lead Scoring, and Contact Groups, and utilize Xperience Email Marketing features. Moreover, she optimized content on the website using A/B Testing, personalized content using available features, and defined advanced Marketing Automation processes to improve customer experience, all while proving her understanding of digital marketing in general.
