BlueModus is thrilled to announce the promotion of Joel Anderson to Infrastructure Director. Joel joined BlueModus in October 2021 as a Senior Solution Lead, quickly proving himself as a leader and innovator. He was promoted to Technical Director in June 2023, and now, in this new role, he will guide the strategic vision for BlueModus’ infrastructure and system administration practices. 

As Infrastructure Director, Joel will lead and mentor a team of Senior System Administrators. His role will focus on steering innovation and automation to support both internal teams and clients. Joel’s approach emphasizes collaboration across development, operations, and testing teams to foster a true DevOps mindset while avoiding silos. 

In addition to mentoring and managing his team, Joel will ensure that BlueModus’ solutions remain modern, secure, and user-friendly. He will also oversee the team’s readiness to provide expertise to clients and maintain essential security and governance certifications.
