BlueModus is excited to announce that Jesse Hormachea has been promoted to Senior Director of Delivery. In this position, Jesse will continue his responsibilities of standardizing and maintaining best practices across the BlueModus delivery team, with an expanded role in directly managing all shared teams, including Project Management, Quality Assurance (QA) and User Experience/User Interface Design (UX/UI).

Jesse first joined BlueModus in 2018 as Senior Project Manager, later moving into the role of Director of Delivery, where he has worked to refine and optimize the Solution Delivery team’s process for managing projects. Jesse will continue to focus heavily on cross-team collaboration, while also creating a culture focused on transparency, efficiency, quality, and client success.
