We’re thrilled to announce that Jeff Schreiner, one of our incredibly talented Web Development Leads, has been promoted to Solution Director. Jeff’s promotion recognizes not only his deep technical expertise but also his consistent leadership, strategic thinking, and commitment to client success. 

Jeff joined BlueModus in 2021 with an impressive background in full-stack development and quickly became known for his ability to deliver complex, high-quality solutions while mentoring others along the way. As Web Development Lead, he guided teams through challenging projects, implemented new tools and processes, and helped raise the bar for technical excellence across the company. 

In his new role as Solution Director, Jeff will partner closely with clients and our internal teams to shape technical strategy, lead discovery efforts, and architect innovative solutions. He’ll continue to play a key role in mentoring engineers and ensuring that our work reflects BlueModus’ standard of technical quality, collaboration, and creativity.
