Summary

BlueModus has become Kentico's most decorated partner by consistently earning more Site of the Month and Site of the Year awards than any other partner, showcasing expertise in complex integrations, multisite architectures, and innovative platform use. Across multiple industries - Associations, Credit Unions, Manufacturing and B2B Services - BlueModus is consistently recognized for its work on the platform.

In February 2026, Kentico announced its Site of the Year winners for 2025. BlueModus placed on the podium twice. The American Society for Landscape Architects took the Associations category, LivaNova took its own category win and BBK Law earned an honorable mention alongside them. That was two category wins and an honorable mention from this long standing program that recognizes the best Kentico implementations on the planet. We were proud.

We know that result didn't come from nowhere. Since 2023, no Kentico partner in the world has earned more Site of the Month or Site of the Year recognition than BlueModus. This is a look at how that record was built.

What the Awards Actually Mean

Every month, Kentico's internal committee evaluates newly launched sites submitted by partners across its global ecosystem. This committee looks at design, usability, performance, and how deeply the team leveraged the platform. Monthly winners automatically advance to the Site of the Year shortlist, where the criteria expand to include more measurable business outcomes and technical innovation. The field is genuinely competitive, and the program has recognized more than 180 projects globally since 2019.

BlueModus has more wins than anyone.

2025

The American Society of Landscape Architects closed December and anchored the year's Site of the Year performance at the same time. ASLA and Landscape Architecture Magazine had operated on separate, fragmented systems. BlueModus consolidated both onto a unified XbyK multisite platform with structured content models, flexible component architecture, and advanced authoring workflows, alongside an integration with the Impexium AMS. We also launched a custom AI Assistant on the site putting ASLA's platform ahead of where most associations are even planning to be. ASLA won the Associations category at Site of the Year 2025.

October was the month BlueModus placed three Site of the Month winners simultaneously.

LivaNova, a global medical technology company operating across cardiac surgery and neuromodulation markets, migrated multiple corporate and therapeutic websites from Kentico 13 to XbyK. The platform needed to support multilingual publishing across global regions, secure content access areas, and editorial workflows distributed across international teams. The migration launched with zero downtime and full SEO continuity. LivaNova went on to earn a Site of the Year category win.

Drive Aware North Texas, a public safety initiative operated by the North Central Texas Council of Governments, was part of a broader digital modernization effort spanning more than 20 regional properties. BlueModus built a multisite architecture with reusable components, CI/CD serialization processes, and governance structures designed to reduce overhead across the entire ecosystem. This core  framework is something the Coucil has carried forward as migrations continue.

Best Best & Krieger, a nationally recognized law firm, migrated from Kentico 13 to XbyK with attorney profiles, practice areas, publications, and resources preserved cleanly. BBK now operates on Kentico's versionless SaaS model. The project earned an honorable mention at Site of the Year.

The American Public Health Association earned recognition in April for a migration from a legacy Sitecore implementation to Xperience by Kentico. Donation tools and member authentication all came along in a single coordinated launch, with iMIS AMS integration enabling gated content and member access at scale.

The Alzheimer's Association was recognized in February. BlueModus rebuilt the site on Kentico Xperience 13 with Luminate for donor management and OKTA SSO for secure authentication. The "Find a Chapter" feature and donation flow — two of the highest-traffic pathways on the site — were rebuilt for simplicity and conversion.

Corporate Central Credit Union opened January with a redesign spanning its primary brand and two distinct subsidiaries - InterLutions and QuantyPhi - each with independent identity and content, sharing underlying infrastructure on XbyK.

2024

UCSD Extended Studies won Site of the Year in the Education & Careers category. BlueModus migrated the platform from Kentico 12 Portal Engine to Kentico Xperience 13, rebuilt the course data import system from the ground up, and delivered improvements in SEO, accessibility, and ADA compliance across a site serving tens of thousands of current and prospective students.

In August, BlueModus placed two winners in the same month. Eastman Credit Union's project integrated rate calculators, job listings, a branch locator, and live chat into Xperience by Kentico's content and marketing framework for a credit union serving more than 300,000 members across three states. Advancial's project put Kentico's digital marketing capabilities to work directly: A/B testing, personalization, and workflow automation tied to measurable membership and lending outcomes.

American Campus Communities needed a corporate site built for a different audience than the students in their properties - business partners, institutional investors, and university administrators. BlueModus built it with precise information architecture, customizable components, and Salesforce integration and it was recognized as a Site of the Month.

2023

Four Site of the Year recognitions in a single cycle. No other partner matched it.

Flow International took the Industrial Manufacturing category. BlueModus's own website won B2B, meaning Kentico's judges recognized the agency not only for client work but for how BlueModus presents itself on its own platform. Honorable mentions went to Consumer Safety Technology and Texas Association of Counties.

The Site of the Month wins that fed into that result came from across the year. United Community Bank and the National Association of Independent Schools were both recognized in October. Lytx earned recognition in July after BlueModus restructured the site's component library (cutting the widget count by 66%) with measurable performance gains as the result. Owens was also recognized in July, as the fifth site launched for Mainfreight's logistics network on a single Kentico instance, delivered on time and under budget with remaining funds redirected to cross-site enhancements.

Flow International Corporation won Site of the Month in April before taking the year-end category win. BlueModus rebuilt Flow's site on Kentico with multilingual content management, structured product listings, and deep SEO optimization. Organic traffic increased 78% after launch.

CaroTrans opened the year in March. A global ocean freight carrier requiring multilingual support, multisite management, and a platform architecture designed to scale efficiently as new markets came online.

Kentico Recognition over the years

The awards didn't start in 2023 - though they absolutely accelerated. Lots of migrations to Xperience by Kentico fueled that, alongside our clients' need for more innovative and memorable user experiences.

In 2021, Best Range Hoods won Kentico's Site of the Year - a consumer product experience built around helping customers understand the brand, explore the line, and find a showroom.

In 2019, the Retail Industry Leaders Association won Site of the Year in the NGO and Associations category. RILA needed a platform supporting a large, complex site with personalized content, multiple editors with different roles, multiple domains and microsites, and deep Salesforce integration. BlueModus delivered it, and the launch results were immediate: time on site up, bounce rates down, editing time reduced meaningfully for the RILA team.

RILA in 2019 to ASLA in 2025. Complex integrations, demanding content ecosystems, sophisticated integrations, distributed editorial teams. BlueModus has been building this kind of work for a long time.

A Record That Speaks

Since 2023, BlueModus has earned more Site of the Month and Site of the Year recognitions than any other Kentico partner with multiple winners per cycle, category victories across competitive verticals and a track record spanning the full arc of Kentico's modern platform history.

We're so proud of our team and clients, and happy with the work we've produced. Here's to 2026!
