Achieving this certification required Heather to demonstrate a deep understanding of various aspects of the platform, including mastering the detailed settings and online marketing features, analyzed website traffic using built-in and custom reporting, and mapped digital marketing tactics to Xperience features. Heather also defined customer segments with Personas, Lead Scoring, and Contact Groups, utilized Xperience Email Marketing, and defined seamless marketing campaigns. Additionally, he optimized content using A/B Testing, personalized content with available features, and defined advanced Marketing Automation processes, proving his solid understanding of digital marketing. The certification process involves rigorous training and a challenging exam that tested Heather’s knowledge and practical skills.
