BlueModus is proud to announce the promotion of Dave Bromeland to Vice President of Technology. Dave joined BlueModus in November 2019 as a Senior Solution Lead and has been a driving force behind the company’s technological advancements ever since. His promotion to Technical Director in September 2021 marked the start of his journey as a leader dedicated to client success and technical innovation. 

As Vice President of Technology, Dave will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s long-term vision. He will collaborate with his Technical Directors to develop and implement technology strategies that align with client needs and market trends. He will oversee software development efforts, ensuring solutions are technically sound, scalable, and innovative. 

Dave’s new role will also include mentoring and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning within the technology team, finding new opportunities and managing risks, and supporting strong relationships with external technology vendors.
