We are thrilled to announce the well-deserved promotion of Garrett Shepherd to Web Development Lead at BlueModus. Since joining our team in November 2022, Garrett has consistently demonstrated exceptional technical skills, dedication, and a commitment to improving our projects and processes. 

Garrett’s journey at BlueModus has been marked by his unwavering reliability and collaborative spirit. Over the past year, he has become a pillar of support for his colleagues, always ready to lend a hand and share his insights. His passion for ADA compliance and making our websites more accessible has been particularly commendable, showcasing his attention to detail and dedication to creating inclusive digital experiences. 

In his new role as Web Development Lead, Garrett will take on greater responsibilities, including supporting our Solution Leads on more significant projects by taking more ownership over things like ticket grooming, client demos and interactions, and deployments. His hands-on approach and deep technical expertise make him well-suited for this role, where he will not only mentor developers but also actively contribute to complex projects.
