This month, the Denver team at BlueModus participated in a canned food drive, in order to benefit those in greatest need this holiday season. In total, our team donated more than 100 cans and boxes of non-perishable food to the North Denver Cares Food Pantry.
The Food Pantry is a non-profit organization that serves the hunger needs of many in the Denver area, including the unemployed, the underemployed, the elderly on fixed incomes and single parents. They provide temporary, emergency help on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis, and no one with a legitimate need is refused within their designated service area. Currently, the Pantry feeds more than 400 families each week.
