The BlueModus Executive Team is thrilled to announce that Jesse Hormachea has been promoted to Vice President of Delivery. In this new role, Jesse will be taking on full oversight of the entire Delivery Team, which includes the direct management of the Technical Team, as well as all shared teams, including User Experience/User Interface Design (UX/UI), Project Management, and Quality Assurance (QA). Additionally, as Vice President, Jesse has been named as a member of the Executive Team at BlueModus.

"I am honored at the continued opportunities and responsibilities that BlueModus has put in front of me and excited to continue my journey with this awesome team,” shares Jesse. “I've learned so much from everyone across all the different roles and diverse backgrounds at the company, and I can’t wait to take on new challenges and see what our team accomplishes over the next few years.”

Since joining BlueModus in 2018, Jesse has provided ongoing leadership through continually instilling and standardizing many best practices throughout the BlueModus delivery team, which has allowed for significant positive growth of the organization. He first served as Senior Project Manager, later moving into the role of Director of Development, and most recently serving as Senior Director of Development.

“A huge portion of BlueModus’ growth and success these past two years can directly be related to the processes Jesse has put in place within our Delivery team. He promotes efficiency, quality, and transparency, but above all teamwork across our organization,” says BlueModus President and Chief Operating Officer Tom Whittaker. “In his new role as Vice President, Jesse will be helping shape our strategy for years to come as part of the BlueModus Executive Team.
