BlueModus is excited to welcome Ben Sheppard to our team as a Senior Solution Lead. Ben brings over a decade of experience in software engineering and web development, making him an incredible addition to our talented crew. His expertise spans a wide range of technologies, including .NET Core, Angular, JavaScript, and Azure, paired with a strong foundation in Agile development practices. 

Ben has honed his skills across various roles throughout his career, from Developer to Team Lead and Architect. Notably, he’s worked on complex enterprise projects, implementing scalable solutions using Domain-Driven Design and N-Tier Architecture. His ability to mentor teams and optimize development processes has earned him a reputation for excellence. Ben has also been a dedicated mentor in the Road 2 Hire program, helping underrepresented young adults start their careers in technology. 

Before joining BlueModus, Ben held roles at PCS Retirement, ArchitectNow, and Anexinet, where he led innovative initiatives such as building RESTful APIs, improving front-end architectures, and enhancing security protocols. His professional journey reflects a deep commitment to creating elegant, extensible, and testable solutions. 

At BlueModus, Ben will focus on leading project teams, collaborating with clients, and delivering high-quality web solutions. His leadership and technical acumen will ensure that our clients continue to receive exceptional service and innovative strategies tailored to their needs.
