We’re so excited to welcome Ashlie Jaeke to the BlueModus team as our new Senior Strategic Director! With more than a decade of experience in strategic consulting and leading teams, Ashlie has built a solid reputation for driving innovation, streamlining processes, and delivering incredible results for clients. She’s got a unique ability to take complex technical ideas and turn them into clear, actionable strategies that make an impact. 

Ashlie joins us from AffinityX, where she led a large strategic team. During her tenure she also helped acquire two mid-sized agencies and launched a successful reseller program. Before that, she worked at Lee Enterprises, leading website and project development while enhancing client experiences with smart, scalable web solutions. She’s no stranger to tackling big challenges and delivering results that truly matter. 

Beyond her impressive résumé, Ashlie has a talent for bringing people together. Whether it’s UX designers, developers, or stakeholders, she knows how to foster collaboration and ensure user-focused designs are seamlessly integrated into projects. Her creative problem-solving, combined with her dedication to efficiency and client satisfaction, makes her a standout leader and an amazing addition to the team.
