A Denver Gala to Support the Arthritis Foundation

Earlier this month, the Arthritis Foundation held their 2019 Comedy for the Cure Gala in Denver, and a number of BlueModus colleagues had the opportunity to attend this great event. This annual gala offers a festive way to help support the Foundation’s mission of pursuing a cure for America’s #1 cause of disability, while also championing the fight against arthritis with life-changing resources, science, advocacy, and community connections.

The Denver Comedy for the Cure Gala is just one of many fundraising dinners and galas the Arthritis Foundation hosts across the United States every year. The evening included a night of laughs featuring some great comedians, as well as live and silent auctions, and a variety of entertainment and other fun activities. BlueModus colleagues who enjoyed the evening included Julie Biesiada, Andrew Coats, Jesse Hormachea, Mike Lamoureux, Katie Tabler, Katie Treacy, and Jin Tak.

“It was an honor to represent BlueModus as a sponsor at the Gala,” says Director of Strategic Solutions Katie Treacy. “Supporting Arthritis also hits close to home as I have several family members struggle with the disease every day. It was moving to hear the stories from both adults and children.”

“Most people don’t realize Arthritis is the #1 disability in the U.S.,” adds Senior Solution Engineer Andrew Coats, “So it was wonderful to see how Arthritis Foundation, a client we work with closely, is doing such worthwhile work that positively impacts peoples’ lives.”
