Features like the "Find a Doctor" application connect users with local care providers while capturing valuable insights through built-in analytics. Robust GDPR and cookie consent capabilities ensure patient data is protected while still enabling thoughtful personalization.
From an operational perspective, the shift was transformative. Marketing teams now work within an intuitive Page Builder, allowing them to create and preview content in real time without technical support. Structured content models streamline the creation of testimonials and articles, while the drag-and-drop Form Builder makes it easy to deploy new forms as needed.
