We are pleased to announce Matt Ricker has joined our Technical Team as a Solution Lead. Based in the Tampa, Florida area, Matt has over 15 years of experience working with front-end web applications, back-end databases, and programming. He enjoys the ever-changing challenges of working in IT and loves collaborating with others to bring ideas to life through technology. Matt is a forward thinker who excels in a team environment and leading others. 

“Matt brings with him a wealth of experience in full-lifecycle development and technical engineering. We are extremely excited that he is joining the team and are confident he will be building amazing things with our partners from day one,” says Josh Sherman, BlueModus Director of Innovation. 

Since 2011, Matt has been a Senior Application Developer at the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office in Tampa, Florida, where he led the architecture, design, and development of web projects and mentored junior and mid-level developers. While with Sheriff’s Office, Matt and his team helped build three to five MVC web applications each year for internal support applications supporting benefits, mugshots, off-duty jobs, asset management, and the department’s intranet. Matt is also an owner and lead developer at Medarc, LLC, which designs and develops software for mid-sized medical offices, and RPM Tech Dev, LLC, which offers IT consulting, social media, website design, and hosting to small businesses.
