Frank Jaramillo Joins the Ranks of Kentico Certified Developers

Congratulations to Frank Jaramillo, BlueModus Associate Solution Lead, who recently passed his Kentico Certified Developer Exam on Version 11, in order to earn his Developer Certification for the CMS platform.

“It’s great to see developers round out their knowledge of Kentico by completing this certification,” says Nick Bushnell, Director of Development at BlueModus. “There are a lot of neat features in the CMS that you don’t encounter day-to-day but when understood can become valuable parts of the solutions we build for clients.”

The Kentico 11 Certified Developer Exam is a secure, online exam that consists of 50 questions that need to be completed within 90 minutes. The test focuses on high-level concepts in developing, designing, and maintaining Kentico websites, as well as using the MS SQL database management language, ASP.NET development, and creating data-driven web user interfaces. It requires not only knowledge of Kentico’s features and functionality, but also practical experience in using the product.

"In preparing for the exam, going through the training courses and test questions, you are exposed to areas of the platform that you may not use on a day-to-day basis,” notes Frank. “This helps to gain deeper understanding of the product, which translates into the ability to provide better solutions for our clients. Achieving this certification really sharpened and added to my available skill set within the CMS."

BlueModus, as the #1 Kentico Solution Partner worldwide, currently claims 35 Kentico Certified Developers, and 18 Kentico Certified Marketers. The organization remains proud that the majority of its colleagues are certified on the platform.
