BlueModus is excited to announce that Chad Dugas has been promoted to UX/UI Development Lead. In his new position, Chad will be taking on a greater leadership role though assisting, mentoring, and training other team members, as well as taking an active role in defining front-end related best practices, standards, tools, and methodologies. Chad will also continue to build and maintain the front end of websites for numerous challenging and complex client projects.

“I’m very eager to move into this new position with BlueModus. Working here for the past two years has undoubtedly been the highlight of my professional career,” shares Chad. “We have a broad scope of work that encompasses a diverse set of clients and projects, and this breadth of work has really provided me an amazing chance to grow as a developer. I’m excited for the opportunity to have a hand in shaping standards and practices of the UX/UI team and to keep us moving forward as the scope of the front end continues to evolve and expand.”

Since joining the UX/UI Development team in June 2017, Chad has been a key contributor to the success of many projects, for customers including the Arthritis Foundation, Alight, American Campus Communities, Blue Rhino, and Amgen.
